Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cooked chicken along with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Warm your taco shells or tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Fill each shell generously with the chicken mixture.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped red onion, crumbled feta, and fresh parsley.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
