Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Tzatziki sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken along with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  3. Warm your taco shells or tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Fill each shell generously with the chicken mixture.
  5. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped red onion, crumbled feta, and fresh parsley.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
