Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them generously with grated parmesan cheese.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice, stirring to combine it with the garlic and butter.
  5. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For a different cheese experience, substitute parmesan with mozzarella or chives for parsley.
