- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, warm the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until it’s crispy and fully cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken to coat. Stir well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
