Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté until they become soft and fragrant.
- Toss in the diced bell pepper and mixed vegetables, frying them until tender.
- Stir in the Indian masala and red chili powder, cooking for a minute until the aroma fills the kitchen.
- Add the cooked macaroni into the pan, season with salt, and mix everything well to combine.
