- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the glaze until they are generously coated.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu; cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
- Serve the glazed tofu over rice, noodles, or alongside vegetables as desired.
Notes
For an extra crispy finish, consider adding a teaspoon of cornstarch to the glaze. Adjust the sweetness or saltiness of the glaze to match personal preference.
