Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then add the heavy cream along with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top and freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color.
