Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the heavy cream along with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
  6. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top and freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color.

Notes

Use unsalted butter for better control over salt levels. A splash of lemon juice enhances the garlic flavor.
