Ingredients

  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups pulled rotisserie chicken
  • 4 cups mixed frozen veggies
  • 2 cups Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the melted butter into a large baking dish.
  3. Layer the pulled rotisserie chicken evenly over the butter.
  4. Spread the mixed frozen veggies over the chicken.
  5. In a bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the biscuit mixture over the veggies, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
