Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the melted butter into a large baking dish.
- Layer the pulled rotisserie chicken evenly over the butter.
- Spread the mixed frozen veggies over the chicken.
- In a bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix and milk until smooth.
- Pour the biscuit mixture over the veggies, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
