- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 (15.25 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.25 oz) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.25 oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
- 2 (15.25 oz) cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 (1 oz) package of taco seasoning (original, mild, or hot)
- 1 (1 oz) package of ranch seasoning
- 1 pint or 2 cups salsa
- 2½ cups water
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the drained black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and corn to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the salsa and water, then add the taco seasoning and ranch seasoning. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and return the cooked beef to the pot. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
