Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions (usually around 3 minutes).
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, sliced carrot, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors together.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
