Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Shin Ramyun
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 23 tsp chili flakes
  • 23 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Seasoning packet from Shin Ramyun
  • 45 garlic cloves
  • Green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the Shin Ramyun noodles as directed on the package, adding any hydrated veggies or fresh options you like.
  2. While the noodles cook, combine the Kashmiri red chili powder, chili flakes, sesame seeds, sugar, and the seasoning packet from the Shin Ramyun in a bowl.
  3. Mince or finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to this mixture.
  4. Chop the green onions and stir them in as well.
  5. Add the soy sauce and hot oil to the bowl, mixing everything well to create a flavorful chili oil.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and toss them into the bowl with the chili oil mixture.
  7. Mix everything together thoroughly and take a moment to enjoy the aroma before diving in!
