- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 2–3 tsp chili flakes
- 2–3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sugar
- Seasoning packet from Shin Ramyun
- 4–5 garlic cloves
- Green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot oil
Instructions
- Boil the Shin Ramyun noodles as directed on the package, adding any hydrated veggies or fresh options you like.
- While the noodles cook, combine the Kashmiri red chili powder, chili flakes, sesame seeds, sugar, and the seasoning packet from the Shin Ramyun in a bowl.
- Mince or finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to this mixture.
- Chop the green onions and stir them in as well.
- Add the soy sauce and hot oil to the bowl, mixing everything well to create a flavorful chili oil.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and toss them into the bowl with the chili oil mixture.
- Mix everything together thoroughly and take a moment to enjoy the aroma before diving in!
