Description

A delicious mashup of pasta and pizza that combines creamy textures and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 1 cup Pizza pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Maggi masala
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 cup Homemade fresh cream
  • 2 cups Boiled Maggi noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt a tablespoon of butter and add the boiled Maggi noodles. Toss them around to coat.
  3. Stir in pizza pasta sauce, mayonnaise, Maggi masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, and homemade fresh cream. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the cheesy mix into a baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese slices, mozzarella, and sprinkle chili flakes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves when serving.

Notes

You can switch the cheeses based on preference. For a spicier version, add more Kashmiri chili powder.
