- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 Cheese slices
- 1 cup Pizza pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Maggi masala
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 cup Homemade fresh cream
- 2 cups Boiled Maggi noodles
- 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt a tablespoon of butter and add the boiled Maggi noodles. Toss them around to coat.
- Stir in pizza pasta sauce, mayonnaise, Maggi masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, and homemade fresh cream. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the cheesy mix into a baking dish.
- Top with cheese slices, mozzarella, and sprinkle chili flakes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves when serving.
Notes
You can switch the cheeses based on preference. For a spicier version, add more Kashmiri chili powder.
