Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce generously over the chicken breasts.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
