- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Place shredded Jack cheese on top of each chicken breast, then transfer to the oven.
