Instructions

  2. Roast the sweet potatoes for about one hour until tender.
  3. Cool slightly, peel, and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt, and mash until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with mini marshmallows, and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Notes
