- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Roast the sweet potatoes for about one hour until tender.
- Cool slightly, peel, and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix in maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt, and mash until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with mini marshmallows, and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to substitute light brown sugar for maple syrup for a different flavor twist or use non-dairy butter for a dairy-free option. Top with chopped nuts for added texture.
