- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat all pieces.
- Let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens, creating a sticky texture.
- Stir in the cooked noodles until well combined.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, stir, and serve hot garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
