- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it’s browned and fully cooked.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until it becomes fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring it to a simmer to meld the flavors.
- Add the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the noodles in that luscious sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu. For a vegan variant, replace honey with maple syrup.
