Description

A quick and flavorful twist on the classic tuna salad, featuring spicy Sriracha and fresh veggies for a zesty kick.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna (in water or oil, drained)
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt (if using).
  2. Add the diced celery, red bell pepper, and green onion to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning or Sriracha level as desired.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with cilantro or parsley if desired.

Notes

Best served on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
