Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, gnocchi, chicken broth, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and spinach.
- Allow to heat through and serve warm.
