- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, milk, pitted dates, salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until soft-serve consistency is achieved.
- Transfer the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 180 minutes to firm up.
- Serve the ice cream scoops and drizzle with additional salted caramel sauce if desired.
