Instructions
- Heat water until warm (not hot or boiling).
- Add Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.
- Add any optional ingredients if desired (apple cider vinegar, cayenne, mint, or ginger).
- Sip slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Optionally, pour over ice and drink cold. Always mix fresh before consuming.
