Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups milk (whole or preferred variation)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional garnishes: Parsley, extra cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add your choice of pasta and enough water to cover it. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked.
- Pour in the milk and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until a creamy consistency forms.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and additional cheese if desired.
Notes
For the best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan. You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or vegetables like spinach for added nutrition.
