Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish made in one pot for minimal cleanup, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pasta (your choice, spaghetti or penne recommended)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups milk (whole or preferred variation)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional garnishes: Parsley, extra cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add your choice of pasta and enough water to cover it. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked.
  4. Pour in the milk and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until a creamy consistency forms.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and additional cheese if desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan. You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or vegetables like spinach for added nutrition.
