Description

A quick and delicious one-pan dish featuring savory kielbasa in a sweet honey garlic sauce, paired with colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Chop the bell peppers and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the kielbasa, veggies, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl until coated.
  5. Add the honey garlic sauce and toss again to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in an even layer.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until veggies are tender and kielbasa is warmed through.
  8. Finish by sprinkling with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
