A quick and comforting meal that combines juicy seared chicken breasts with silky egg noodles and buttery garlic goodness, all made in one pan.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
- Generously season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the egg noodles to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles, then add them back to the skillet, mixing them well with the garlic butter.
- Slice the cooked chicken and place it over the buttered noodles.
- Finish off with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for garnish.
Notes
For an elegant presentation, serve the chicken atop a bed of buttered noodles. You can add vegetables or a light salad as a side.
