- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup biscuit dough (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour this hearty mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- If you’re using biscuit dough, drop spoonfuls on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time. Consider using rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
