Description

A comforting mix of egg noodles, shredded chicken, and mixed vegetables in a creamy sauce, topped with flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup biscuit dough (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour this hearty mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. If you’re using biscuit dough, drop spoonfuls on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
