Description

This 3-ingredient herbal tea blend uses Greek mountain tea, burdock root, and Ceylon cinnamon to naturally support fat metabolism, reduce bloating, and regulate digestion. Inspired by traditional remedies and backed by modern science, it’s an earthy, grounding tonic perfect for a daily weight loss ritual.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp dried Greek mountain tea (Sideritis)
  • 1/2 tsp dried burdock root
  • 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • Optional: small pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional: dash of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring 1.5 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
  2. Add Greek mountain tea and burdock root. Simmer for 5–6 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add cinnamon. Let steep for 3 more minutes.
  4. Strain into your favorite mug and sip warm on an empty stomach.
  5. For best results, drink once daily, preferably in the morning.

Notes

You can brew a larger batch and store it in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before drinking. To enhance effects, pair with a light, low-sodium diet and pink salt electrolyte drinks.
