- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast.
- Place in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and is golden on top.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pairs well with fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
