Description

A simple, creamy, and cheesy chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast.
  6. Place in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and is golden on top.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
