Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring in Italian seasoning until well combined.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, cover with sauce, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
