Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring in Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover with sauce, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
