Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into your crockpot.
- Mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and set your crockpot to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
