Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it’s golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once browned, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Using the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Add the spinach, stirring until it wilts.
- Serve warm over pasta or rice, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
