  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken by grilling, baking, or pan-frying until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (about 6-8 minutes per side).
  2. Prepare the bowl by scooping ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese into your favorite bowl.
  3. Assemble the bowl by slicing the cooked chicken and placing it on top of the cottage cheese, then drizzling the ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the chicken.
