Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden brown.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
- Season the meat as desired for extra flavor.
- Layer the roasted potatoes in a bowl, followed by the cooked meat, black beans, corn, cheese, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
