- Add the seasoned chicken to the pan, stir-frying until the surface is no longer pink, roughly 4 minutes.
- Incorporate minced garlic into the pan, continuing to stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked, which should take about 4 more minutes.
- Next, add the asparagus, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the pan. Toss everything to combine and cook until the asparagus is just tender, around 2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Finally, serve the chicken and asparagus stir-fry over steamed rice. Garnish with additional lemon zest to taste.
Notes
