- ¾ cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup almond flour or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: everything seasoning, cheese, chia seeds, garlic powder

Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese if using large curd for smoother dough.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, almond flour or protein powder, baking powder, and salt into a thick dough.
- Wet hands, divide dough into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool before slicing and serve warm with your favorite keto toppings.
Notes
Try garlic powder or parmesan for savory flavor, or cinnamon and monk fruit for a sweet twist. Bagels freeze well and reheat in oven or air fryer.
