Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
- Stir in gelatin powder while water is still hot, whisking continuously until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and optional ACV, stir until blended.
- Pour into a glass container or silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
