Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of filtered water until warm but not boiling (around 120°F).
- Stir in 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
- Grate 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger and stir it into the salted water.
- Mash 1 small umeboshi plum and mix it into the drink until partly dissolved.
- Optional: Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for extra tang and digestive benefits.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning before breakfast or coffee.
Notes
