Description
A warm, nourishing miso tofu soup designed to support digestion, satiety, and weight loss for Mounjaro users.
Ingredients

- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 cups dashi broth (or low-sodium vegetable broth)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup wakame (rehydrated if dried)
- Optional: shiitake mushrooms, green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium pot, bring the dashi (or veggie broth) to a simmer.
- Dissolve the miso paste slowly into the broth using a ladle or small strainer to avoid clumps.
- Gently add the tofu cubes and wakame. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce or coconut aminos to taste. Optionally add sliced shiitake mushrooms or scallions.
- Ladle into bowls, top with sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy while warm.
