Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat until nicely caramelized.
  2. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
