Description

A crowd-pleasing dish that combines rich flavors of honey and garlic with tender, flaky salmon, perfect for busy weeknights or hosting friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare a baking sheet by coating it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the salmon pieces on the baking sheet and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a different flavor profile, substitute honey with maple syrup. Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
