- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by coating it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
- Arrange the salmon pieces on the baking sheet and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, tossing gently to coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor profile, substitute honey with maple syrup. Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
