- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Grill or bake the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing with Honey BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve the chicken alongside the cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
