Description

A comforting dish that combines sweet honey BBQ chicken with savory garlic Parmesan potatoes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  3. Grill or bake the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing with Honey BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  5. Serve the chicken alongside the cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
