Ingredients

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix it all together until a dough begins to form. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it’s smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into even pieces.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls onto it.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls can be customized with different toppings and dipping sauces. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
