- 1 large tortilla
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Salsa to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by laying the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center, layer the diced chicken, black beans, corn, Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, avocado, and your preferred amount of salsa.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom, tucking the filling securely inside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wrap from the skillet, slice it in half, and serve immediately.
