Description

A comforting and nutritious vegetable soup packed with fresh ingredients and rich flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Onions
  • Vegetable or chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Chop all your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. Toss in the remaining vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chosen broth and bring to a boil.
