Description

A healthier twist on the classic Alfredo sauce using cottage cheese for a creamy texture and added protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat the sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
