Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat the sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
