Description

A delicious one-pan meal combining tender chicken breasts and crispy potatoes in a savory garlic and Parmesan coat, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken breasts and halved potatoes in the bowl until they’re well coated in the mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish on the potatoes, try broiling them for the last few minutes of baking. You can also experiment by using different herbs and types of cheese.
