Description

Quick and delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly, add butter, and melt. Toss in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add zucchini slices to the skillet, stirring occasionally, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter and zucchini for another 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes for added comfort. Can also be served in taco shells with avocado and salsa for a unique twist.
