- 1.5 lbs beef bites (cubed)
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the cubed beef bites and halved baby potatoes in your slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika to the melted butter and stir until blended.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Cover and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your meal!
Notes
For richer flavor, consider searing the beef bites before slow cooking. You can also experiment with different herbs.
