- 8 Slider Buns
- 1 pound Roast Beef, deli-sliced
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Au Jus
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium pan, melt some butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden and caramelized—about 10-15 minutes.
- While the onions are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer generous portions of roast beef over the bottom buns, followed by the caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on the sandwich assembly.
- Melt a bit more butter and brush it over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder generously.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add spicy condiments for an extra kick.
