Description

Deliciously fluffy and protein-packed hot cakes made with cottage cheese, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
