Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
