- 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
- In your slow cooker, combine the browned beef, canned beans, diced tomatoes, and spices.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours).
- Before serving, taste your chili and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Notes
Pair with sour cream, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro. Cornbread or tortilla chips make great sides.
