- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter (divided)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, bringing it to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid if necessary, then stir in the remaining butter until melted and creamy.
- Slice chicken and serve on top of noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
